Luxury means different things to different people. But if luxury means style and space to you, then this dazzling and sprawling house is worth a second look.

The double-storied house has six bedrooms and plenty of living spaces to enjoy. It has two large dining areas besides a pergola and a master suite balcony. The huge master suite gets its own private covered patio plus an elegant and a giant bathroom complete with a walk-in closet.
The first floor also accommodates another bedroom that can be turned into a guestroom or a nursery for a couple that has babies. On the ground floor of this luxurious house plan, you will find a multitude of rooms, including four bedrooms place carefully on one side, a spacious living room large enough to accommodate two sofa sets, a dining room, a kitchen, a store and two full bathrooms.

Simon Peter Kazibwe, the plan’s designer, says, this house sleek and sophisticated design, fits perfectly in an urban setting because it is designed to accommodate and accentuate modern living. “Inspired by contemporary living, the home has open floor plans that combine spaces for dining, relaxing and entertaining,” Kazibwe notes. The airflow design is perfect for places with a warmer climate because it potentially keeps the house cool.

“The idea was to create clean, open spaces that allow the architecture, the furniture, and the materials in the room to breathe,” Kazibwe explains. An open floor plan between kitchen and living areas lets an abundance of light fill the space. To complement the design, the wall surfaces are painted a neutral color palette with a few splashes of colour if you like.

The plan fits nicely into a large plot starting from 100mx100m and above. It is estimated to cost approximately Shs200m to construct. The finishing is done with simple materials such as stone, glass and brick that exude calmness, warmth, and the beauty that comes with these kinds of spaces.

Special features
Its exterior sharp angles stands in contrast to the fluidity of the interior that leads the viewer into a spacious and unassuming interior. The contrast between the sharp angles of the plan and the dynamism of the spaces inside make the house exciting and unique. This double storied house plan gives you incredible views out on the open balcony on the first floor. A covered pergola and a flower garden out on the entry greet everyone to your beautiful home.

Step into the corridor and you will be welcomed by great expanses of living spaces and the great stairs to the first floor enhance the feeling of spaciousness.
The main floor plan is open concept from the kitchen to the dining and the outdoor dining space. Still on the ground floor, is space allocated for the servant’s room which can be converted to suit the family’s unique needs.

The master bedroom
The master bedroom has its own private balcony that can only be accessed through the room.
From the top balcony, the house’s imposing sightlines are amazing. At the same time, its clean simplicity and its use of simple materials give the house an appealing look of timeless classicism a true component of modern architecture.

-This is not a definitive plan, the actual plan can be got from an architect or architectural designer.
